Bread Proofing Basket Handwoven Rattan Cotton Liner Included

✔ Helps dough hold its shape: The tightly woven, open rattan structure supports dough during its final proof while allowing air to circulate. Its moisture-wicking weave helps the surface firm up instead of remaining wet and slack.

✔ Leaves a ridged spiral imprint: The ridged interior presses a pattern into the dough as it proofs, creating a defined spiral imprint when the loaf is turned out and baked.

✔ Choose a shape, with liner included: Round and oval sizes accommodate different loaf shapes, from boules to batards. The included cotton liner helps prevent dough from catching on the weave, so it can be lifted out without tearing or reshaping.
